How Smart BD Consulting Can Support Your OASIS+ Phase II Efforts
Smart BD Consulting helped 40+ clients successfully pursue OASIS+ during Phase I, providing end-to-end capture, assessment, and proposal support. We are now opening our Phase II capacity on a first-come, first-served basis due to the rolling admissions structure.
Our OASIS+ Phase II Support Packages Include:
1. Preliminary / Initial Scorecard Assessments
Potentially, as soon as the Draft scorecards are released, we can conduct detailed evaluations of your scoring posture, documentation readiness, and domain alignment.
(Depending on how much information GSA includes in the December 16 release, preliminary assessments may begin immediately afterward.)
2. Full Proposal Development Support
Turnkey support from strategy through narrative development, documentation, substantiation, compliance, and submission.
3. Independent Review Packages
Pink/Red/Gold team compliance and scoring reviews for companies developing proposals in-house.
4. Symphony Submission Support
Complete preparation and upload support to ensure a smooth, error-free submission in Symphony.
Why Act Now
With the Phase II expansion, many companies, especially those aligned to the newly added domains, will be entering the competition for the first time. Because proposal submissions will remain continuously open, companies that mobilize early will be positioned to submit sooner and avoid capacity constraints.
